App Flow Hub does not sell Marvel NFT comics, gems, or downloadable installers through this website. There is no checkout, cart, or subscription purchase flow here. This policy covers session fees that may be agreed by telephone or email.
When a fee might exist
If we agree a briefing, mapping session, walkthrough, literacy hour, or ledger coaching, we confirm the figure in writing by email before the appointment. Payment, if any, happens off this website through a method we describe in that email. The site itself never takes card details.
If you cancel
If you cancel more than forty-eight hours before a confirmed appointment, we do not request the session fee. If you cancel later, we may keep a portion that reflects preparation already done, such as reading a title list you sent. If we cancel, we do not request a fee for that appointment.
If a session happened
Because the service is time and written notes, refunds after a completed session are limited. If the written sheet is missing agreed items, we will complete those items at no extra charge. We do not refund because a marketplace listing changed after the session, because a drop sold out, or because a comic’s later reprint altered chat-room opinions.
Goods we do not sell
We will not discuss refunds for files, collectibles, or application packages you obtained from Veve or any other third party. Those purchases are governed by those parties.
