Field writing
If you already hold the file, your notes should reproduce the object. Title as printed. Story title if it differs from the series name. Edition size. Serial. Drop date. Reprint flag. A sentence about why you kept it.
Leave out predicted prices, chat nicknames for covers, and rumours about future spotlights. Those sentences go stale and then infect the inventory.
Screenshots are useful when they include the edition line. A pretty crop is not a record. Store the screenshot next to the note, not instead of it.
